Urban Touch Haul- November and shopping Experience

I recently placed order with Urban Touch  and this is my 3^rd order with them... I placed order for Lotus products.

Since my order total was above Rs 500 i got a free Vaadi under eye cream as a surprise gift.. Even in my last order i received Fab India under eye gel... It will be great if they change the gift type.

I received  10% discount coupon on lotus products order worth Rs 500 in my previous order...

All the products were wrapped in a bubble wrap and reached safely except for the Lipstick. I sent an email to them around   am in the morning and received a call from their customer service around 11 am which i never expected.. The Customer service Rep apologized for the damaged product and said he will ship an alternative product the same day and i received replacement product along with a 10% discount coupon and a Lotus Anti tan sun screen sample which i never expected... HATS OFF to their customer service...

Hi Beauties,

Recently i came to know about Urban Touch Online shopping Website... After reading several review i gained enough courage to place my first online order with a shopping website.. As of now i have placed 2 orders with them on COD basis.. To be honest i like their customer service and the delivery of products before scheduled time...
